How A&C is organised

Grassroots first. Structures when citizens decide.

A&C remains rooted in communities. Wards act as branches for coordination, while Volunteers in Chief help organise local work and citizen forums shape mandates.

View structures
1

Citizens come together

People in a ward meet, identify needs and agree on programmes grounded in A&C values.

2
